Recertification requires completion of Ethics and Cultural Diversity education, along with continuing education (CE) in the appropriate field of your certification. When submitting your recertification package, be sure to include copies of your CE certificates.
Important Note:
- HIV/AIDS education is only required for your initial certification and is not needed for recertification.
Below, you will find the appropriate recertification package for your certification.
International Certification
If you wish to obtain an IC&RC certification, you can do so using the online form provided. Additionally, the International Certificate form can be completed and sent directly to IC&RC at any time during your certification period with any IC&RC member board.

Please use the form below to upload your completed certification application or Continuing Education Unit (CEU) certificates as part of your recertification process.
Instructions for Uploading:
- Name Field: Enter your full name as it appears on your certification.
- File Upload: Click or drag your application or CEU certificates into the upload area. Ensure all required documents are included.
- Certification Number: Enter your certification number for identification purposes.
